I just love going to Rock Water Secret Cove Resort for an engagement session! While I’ve known Chrissy for a number of years, it was the first time I met Mick! Mick and Chrissy are possibly the sweetest people I’ve ever met! I’ve known Chrissy from years ago as she used to do personal training with me and also I hired her and her mom for house cleaning! (The best on the coast btw!) Indeed it was very special for me to document their engagement and after 27 of being together, they had never had professional portraits taken!

And I just love their love story! They have been together for 27 years and she finally said yes to marrying Mick! Isn’t that the sweetest! They have one amazing daughter Shayla, and one cute as can be grandson. I was truly honored that she asked me to photograph their wedding and do engagement photos! The Sunshine Coast has so many amazing places to do engagement sessions with gorgeous sunsets and very few people around. I’ve shot here before many times, and I think you’ll agree its beautiful! After she booked me, I had some of her clients contact me and pay for half of the photography! How awesome is that! It says a lot about their character and these people are the real deal. Full of love for each other and their amazing family.
